How to Apply

  • Choose a Program and universities in line with your goals.
  • Get your documents arranged i.e academic transcripts & certificates, English language document like IELTS/PTE/TOEFL and prepare required documents i.e SOP, LOR, CV
  • Accept Your Offer if you have received the unconditional offer and wait for your CAS to be issued. Fulfil the requirement if you have received the conditional offer letter.
  • Prepare for Your Visa Application by gathering all the required documents
  • Apply for Student Visa by visiting the official website: Gov.uk and create an account and fill out the online visa application form and upload your documents and pay the visa and IHS fees.
  • Book and Attend Your Biometrics Appointment: Schedule an appointment at a Visa Application Centre (VAC). Submit fingerprints, photograph, and any additional documents if required.
  • Wait for a Decision: Standard processing time is 3 weeks but it can take longer depending on the volume. You’ll receive an email with the visa decision and instructions on collecting your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) (or digital eVisa after March 2025).
  • Plan your accommodations, there are multiple options to choose from like university halls, private halls and private accommodation and prepare to move to the UK.
  • Travel to the UK: Collect your BRP within 10 days of arriving in the UK.
